I acknowledge and accept that participation in activities at Gir Farms involves inherent risks.
I understand that Gir Farms Inc. is a working farm. The property contains various hazards, including but not limited to cows, horses, ponies, cats, and other animals. The terrain may be uneven, and there may be fencing, gates, farm equipment, and other hazardous items. I accept that Gir Farms and its operators are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage incurred during my visit.
I recognize that parents, guardians, or legal guardians are solely responsible for supervising their children and ensuring their safety while on the property. Gir Farms and its directors assume no liability in this regard.
1. The farm visit entails a variety of activities that have many hazards, such as Cows, bulls, horses, dogs, fencing, gates, equipment and other hazardous items.
2. I/We have carefully read the description of the activity for which I/we are participating and in consideration for being permitted by Gir Farms/Gopal Gaushala to participate in the above activity, I hereby shall indemnify and hold Gir Farms/Gopal Gaushala (including its officials, officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates and representatives) harmless against any and all liability arising out of or connected in any way with my participation in said activity.
3. It is understood that this activity involves an element of risk and danger of accidents and knowing those risks I hereby assume those risks. It is further agreed that this waiver, release and assumption of risk is to be binding on my heirs and assigns. I agree to indemnify and to hold Gir Farms/Gopal Gaushala free and harmless from any loss, liability, damage, cost or expense which they may incur as a result of my death or any injury or property damage that I may sustain while participating in said activity.
4. I/We understand and shall ensure that all youths and children (under 18 years of age) involved in the Farm Visit must provide a signed permission from a parent or guardian.
