I acknowledge and accept that participation in activities at Gir Farms involves inherent risks.
I understand that Gir Farms Inc. is a working farm. The property contains various hazards, including but not limited to cows, horses, ponies, cats, and other animals. The terrain may be uneven, and there may be fencing, gates, farm equipment, and other hazardous items. I accept that Gir Farms and its operators are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage incurred during my visit.
I recognize that parents, guardians, or legal guardians are solely responsible for supervising their children and ensuring their safety while on the property. Gir Farms and its directors assume no liability in this regard.
I voluntarily assume all risks associated with visiting or using Gir Farms’ property. This includes, but is not limited to, risks of injury, disability, or death, and I accept full responsibility for any such outcomes.
I hereby release, waive, and discharge Gir Farms Inc., its owners, and affiliates from any and all liability for any claims, losses, demands, or damages arising from my visit. I also accept full responsibility for any guest I bring to the property and agree to indemnify Gir Farms against any claims made by such individuals.
